Advisory Services:

•AI-powered insurance recommendations based on your profile

•Insurance audit and gap analysis

•Human Value Calculator (HLV) and other financial calculators

•Comparison of insurance plans across multiple providers

Marketplace Services:

•Information about insurance plans from various providers

•Facilitation of policy purchases through partner insurance companies

•Policy renewal reminders and management

•Claim assistance and support

**Important:** We are an insurance intermediary and advisor. We do not underwrite, issue, or guarantee any insurance policies. The final decision to accept or reject any insurance application lies solely with the respective insurance company.

To access certain features, you must create an account:

•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

•You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

•You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

•We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account

•You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

•You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

When you purchase an insurance policy through our platform:

•The policy contract is between you and the insurance company, not with Sabse Pahle Bima

•We facilitate the process but are not a party to the insurance contract

•You must read and understand the policy document before purchase

•Premium amounts, coverage, and terms are determined by the insurance company

•We do not guarantee acceptance of your application by any insurer

•You have a free-look period as per IRDAI guidelines (typically 15-30 days)

•Any dispute regarding the policy must be resolved with the insurance company

Our AI-generated recommendations are based on the information you provide and general insurance principles. They are suggestions only and should not be considered as definitive financial advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor for personalized advice.

Our revenue model and payment terms:

Platform Usage:

•Basic platform features (calculators, comparisons, blog) are free to use

•We charge a commission from insurance companies for successful policy purchases

•You do not pay any additional fee for using our advisory services

Policy Premiums:

•Premium payments are processed through secure payment gateways

•We do not store your payment card details

•Premium amounts are as quoted by the insurance company

•Payment receipts are generated by the payment gateway and/or insurer

Consultation Fees:

•Some consultation services may have associated fees

•Fees will be clearly communicated before booking

•Refund policies for consultation fees will be provided at the time of booking

All content on the Sabse Pahle Bima platform is our intellectual property:

•Content includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software

•You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent

•You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only

•Our brand name, logo, and trademarks are protected and may not be used without permission

•User-generated content (reviews, feedback) grants us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content

•AI-generated recommendations and reports are for personal use and should not be commercially distributed

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

•Sabse Pahle Bima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

•Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

•We are not liable for losses arising from:

- Inaccurate information provided by the user

- Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations

- Delays or failures in insurance claim processing by insurers

- Actions or omissions of insurance companies

- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

- Force majeure events

•We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform

•Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation; past performance of any plan does not guarantee future results

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabse Pahle Bima, its directors, employees, partners, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

•Your use of the platform or services

•Your violation of these Terms and Conditions

•Your violation of any rights of a third party

•Any misrepresentation or inaccurate information provided by you

•Any insurance-related decisions made by you based on our recommendations

Our platform integrates with and links to third-party services:

•Insurance company websites and services

•Payment gateway providers

•Analytics and advertising partners

•Social media platforms

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We encourage you to review the terms of any third-party service you access through our platform.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform:

•Immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms

•Upon notice, for any other reason at our sole discretion

•If required by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination:

•Your right to use the platform ceases immediately

•Existing insurance policies remain unaffected by termination of your account with us

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved as follows:

•**Arbitration:** Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

•**Jurisdiction:** Courts in Hisar, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction

•**Governing Law:** These terms are governed by the laws of India

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable:
